Delivery Info

All customers please read this first - Parties In Packages pay particular attention to the date of your special event to make sure your package arrives in time. The prompt delivery of your order is our top priority. Timeframe however is subject to payment method, stock availability and your exact location so we recommend placing your order with as much time to spare as possible before your special event. Although we are happy to accept direct deposit payments from those customers without a credit card, this will slow down your delivery time.

If the delivery option you chose does not fit with the timeframe required for your party date we will email you to advise additional cost before sending your order. Parties In Packages have the right to choose whether your package will be sent by Australia Post or door to door Courier. Parties In Packages deliver everywhere in Australia plus also deliver to countries all over the world. All prices showing on this website are in Australian dollars. We provide a link to a Currency Converter on our LINKS page.

Very busy postal periods such as Christmas may affect these estimates below.The term ‘work days’ means not including weekends and public holidays.

DELIVERIES WITHIN AUSTRALIA

1. Standard road delivery - all orders over $200 (can include 1 piñata) ...... FREE DELIVERY

Timeframe usually takes approx. 3 to 7 work days for order to be picked, packed and then arrive at most locations within Australia except WA & NT which is 7+ work days. However if an item you requested is temporarily out of stock you will be contacted via email first in case you wish to add a replacement item or have us hold your order while awaiting a new shipment. You will be emailed your exact delivery timeframe and tracking number the day your package leaves.

2. Standard road delivery -all orders totalling $50 to $200 (can include 1 piñata) ...... $9.95 DELIVERY

3. All orders under $50 ...... $13.95 DELIVERY + $4 handling fee (except for some Brisbane suburbs - see option 5)

Your order will be sent via express satchel whenever possible. However if an item you requested is temporarily out of stock you will be contacted via email in case you wish to add a replacement item or have us hold your order while awaiting a new shipment. You will be emailed your exact delivery timeframe and tracking number the day your package leaves.

4. Express Post satchel for orders over $50 (no piñata, no photo prop) ...... $13.95 DELIVERY

Your order will be processed in accordance with your party date to make sure you receive your package in time. However if an item you requested is temporarily out of stock you will be contacted via email in case you wish to add a replacement item or have us hold your order while awaiting a new shipment. If an item you chose does not fit into a satchel we will email you to confirm additional charge for your approval before charging your card. You will be emailed your exact delivery timeframe and tracking number the day your package leaves.

5. Request delivery quote for your order ...... POA

If your order does not fit into any of the above categories OR if you are located in a Brisbane suburb and your order totals less than $50 OR if you have purchased Special Order items such as invitations, Bridal t-shirts & bags, personalised DVDs OR you are placing an order for overseas delivery then we will email your delivery quote for approval before finalising your order and charging your credit card.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

All International orders are sent by Airmail Australia Post. Cost is determined by the final weight of your package so once an order is received it is first packed and weighed and then a quote will be emailed to you for approval prior to delivery. Your credit card will not be charged any amount until the quote has been accepted by return email. Provided below is a guide that estimates the time it will take for your order to arrive at your International address, based on reasonable expectations and experience. Parties in Packages can offer no absolute guarantees or assurances in relation to delivery times. Choose delivery option 5 when placing your order.

To New Zealand	4 to 8 work days (not including weekends or public holidays)
To South East Asia	5 to 10 work days
To USA	8 to 12 work days
To Europe	10 to 12 work days
Other Countries	Will be advised via email following receipt of your order

In the very unlikely event an order totals over 20kg, measures more than 144cm in diameter and/or is outside Australia Post's International delivery area the order will be rejected and the customer will be notified via email. Timeframe estimates provided are guidelines only, based on reasonable expectations and experience. The use of Australia Post as our preferred delivery method is subject to change at any time without notice.
