DELIVERIES WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Standard Delivery Price & Timeframe

Only $9.95 regardless of the size of your order, unless you request a piñata. Orders that include piñatas may be subject to a higher charge depending on your location, and will be confirmed prior to delivery.

Parties In Packages pay particular attention to the date of your special event to make sure your package arrives in time. The prompt delivery of your order is our top priority. Timeframe however is subject to payment method, stock availability and your exact location so we recommend placing your order with as much time to spare as possible before your special event. Although we are happy to accept direct deposit payments from those customers without a credit card, this will slow down your delivery time.

Once your order is received it takes approx. 1-3 work days to be packed. If an item you requested is temporarily out of stock you will be contacted via email in case you wish to add a replacement item or have us hold your order while awaiting a new shipment.

Then once sent, depending on your exact location Australia Post estimates 1-4 work days for your package to be delivered, except WA & NT which is 5+ work days. You will be emailed your exact delivery timeframe & tracking number.

Express Delivery Price & Timeframe

It is possible for urgent orders to be packed and delivered to most locations via Express Post in as little as 2-3 work days, depending on payment method. If you place an order on short notice you will be contacted by email to advise exact timeframe, stock availability and Express delivery charge prior to delivery. In most cases the delivery price will only increase by $1.25 to $5.45.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA

Airmail Delivery Price

All International orders are sent by Airmail Australia Post. Cost is determined by the final weight of your package. Once an order is received it is first packed and weighed and then a quote will be emailed to you for approval prior to delivery. Your credit card will not be charged any amount until the quote has been accepted by return email.

Airmail Delivery Timeframe

Provided below is a guide that estimates the time it will take for your order to arrive at your International address, based on reasonable expectations and experience. Parties in Packages can offer no absolute guarantees or assurances in relation to delivery times.

To New Zealand	4 to 8 work days (not including weekends or public holidays)
To South East Asia	5 to 10 work days
To USA	8 to 12 work days
To Europe	10 to 12 work days
Other Countries	Will be advised via email following receipt of your order
