Refund Policy

Please choose your products carefully as we cannot accept returns of products should you change your mind.

Claims for faulty stock must be reported to Parties In Packages within 2 work days of goods being received by customer. Returned goods found to have a manufacturing fault once inspected and accepted by the supplier will be entitled to a refund or replacement as decided by Parties In Packages. Returns must be in the original package quantities as part packages cannot be accepted.
