• 6 Latex balloons (3 filled with confetti)
• Sold flat (approx. 30cm tall when fully inflated)
• Can be filled with air using a Balloon Hand Pump, sold separately
• Inflate with helium if you want them to float (disposable helium tanks sold separately). If using helium, partially fill the balloon leaving room for a few puffs of air to finish it off
• Tips for Inflating Confetti Balloons - Rub the outer surface of the balloon with your hands or a cloth to create static.  Then shake them to wake the confetti inside
