Delivery within Australia
All customers please read this paragraph - After you add all your items to your shopping cart then type your postcode and choose suburb from Suburb Selector box you will then be shown your relevant delivery options including price & timeframes. If you want Express Satchel then you must not add any 'bulky items' to your shopping cart. All bulky items are marked across the image on our website. If you have only allowed yourself enough time for Express Satchel but want a bulky item check with us as some items can fit into a satchel depending on what other items are included in your order.

Timeframe estimates provided by Australia Post and Fastway Courier are guidelines based on their own reasonable expectations and experience. It's customers responsibility to allow enough grace time for possible unexpected delay. Please choose your delivery option carefully as it's not the responsibility of Parties In Packages, once it has been dispatched, if parcel does not arrive in time for your party.
2. Express Satchel Timeframes - Estimated 2 to 4 work days for order to be picked, packed then arrive at location
Someone needs to be home to collect package. If no one is home when delivered Australia Post should leave a calling card advising you to collect package from your closest post office during their shop hours. The day your package leaves you are emailed delivery details to track your package online.Estimated one to two work days for order to be picked and packed subject to day and time order is placed. Then from day parcel leaves Australia Post advise next business day postcodes

All other postcodes - your satchel will be flown to closest city next business day then sent by road from there to your location. Their estimated but not guaranteed timeframe is 2 business days except for some remote parts of NT & north WA & locations where mail is delivered by barge.1) Fastway Courier zones &

Brown Dot & Lime Dots - Estimated 2 to 3 work days for order to be picked, packed then arrive at location
Red Dots - Estimated 3 to 5 work days for order to be picked, packed then arrive at location
Orange Dots - Estimated 4 to 6 work days for order to be picked, packed then arrive at location
Dark Green Dots in Tas. & Dark Green shaded section - Estimated 3 to 5 Qld. work days and 4 to 7 Tasmanian work days for order to be picked, packed then arrive at your location
White shaded sections & Grey shaded sections - Estimated 6 to 12+ work days for order to be picked, packed then arrive at your location
If your mail is delivered from township to you by barge to your location then you need to choose Express Satchel which means you cannot add any 'bulky items' to your shopping cart.
Someone needs to be home to sign for package. If no one is home when delivered by Fastway their driver should leave a calling card to phone them and arrange another more suitable delivery day. The day your package leaves you are emailed delivery details to track your package online.
Stock Levels
Whilst we endeavour to keep accurate computer stock levels, some information is provided by third party suppliers so subject to unforeseen errors in their stock levels. If an item you have purchased is found to be sold out we will e-mail you to advise and offer a similar substitute or refund of that item before your order leaves.
Delivery to New Zealand
Delivery costs for New Zealand customers cannot be determined until after the order is picked, packed and weighed. Therefore please follow these steps if placing an order for delivery in New Zealand.
Step 1 - Change currency on website to NZ dollars down left hand side of page
Step 2 - Add all the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart
Step 3 - After completing delivery information and payment details you will automatically be charged for the goods when finalising your order but you have not yet been charged for delivery
Step 4 - We will then pack and weigh your order and email you an amended invoice showing your shipping costs along with a link you simply click on to securely pay your shipping cost so your package can leave.
We provide an example of shipping costs below:-
1kg order to NZ = AUD$28.55 via Pack & Track International
1.5kg order to NZ = AUD$36.75 via Pack & Track International
2kg order to NZ = AUD$47.00 via Express Post International
Estimate timeframe from the day package leaves is 3 to 10 work days for P&TI and 3 to 7 work days for EPI
Package recipient will be responsible for any possible customs/duty charges that may be applied to the package upon entering a foreign country. See your local post office for details.
Please note the currency conversion is provided to customers as a guideline only. You will be charged in Australian dollars at the rate determined by your individual bank at the time.
