Returns & Refunds Policy


Our Returns Policy complies with ACCC Legislation.  

It is important all customers double check delivery address provided as a refund cannot be given if incorrect or insufficient delivery information results in package being undeliverable and/or returned back to us. Or if package is rejected by customer at time of attempted delivery.


All customers are sent a detailed delivery email with tracking number & expected delivery day.  Late delivery cannot be investigated until after the due delivery date has passed. It is imperative the customer contacts Parties In Packages immediately after due date (at least 2 work days before the party date) so investigation can locate and still deliver package in time for party. Failure to do so will result in ineligibility of any possible refund or credit. 

Timeframe estimates provided by Australia Post & Fastway Courier are guidelines based on their own reasonable experience/expectations. It is customers responsibility to allow enough grace time for possible unexpected delay. Please choose your delivery option carefully as it's not the responsibility of Parties In Packages, once package dispatched, if it does not arrive in time for party. 


Disposable plastic party supplies are packaged for the retail market by their individual manufacturers including large items such as Scene Setter Backdrops, door covers and tablecloths right down to small items such as lootbags. 

Any claim for faulty stock must be reported to Parties In Packages along with photo evidence before the customers party date via email. Once a manufacturing fault confirmed by the Supplier, customer will then be entitled to a refund by Parties In Packages. Foil balloons cannot be replaced or refunded if overblown (as indicated by tears along the seam area), burned, or have puncture holes, exposed to moisture of any form, roughly handled, improperly stored or balloons exposed to high temperates or direct sunlight. Similarly inflatables cannot be replaced or refunded if overblown by customer as indicated by tear along seam area.  A refund cannot be given if product accidentally damaged by customer once received. If you have a query about possible returns please contact us via email and be sure to include your order/tax invoice number and your email address.

Please choose your products carefully as Parties In Packages not responsible for return or refund should you simply change your mind after order has been placed, or should you ignore the delivery timeframe provided when order placed, due to automative payment & inventory system.
